Hesperia Grows Medical Offering With Stirling Cross Health Hub

Hesperia has unveiled plans for a new healthcare led mixed-use project that will support the growing needs of Perth’s northern and inner-city suburbs.

Stirling Cross Health Hub will set a new standard in private healthcare. Designed by award-winning architects, the Hub will combine state-of-the-art medical facilities with an environment purposefully designed to foster collaboration. Utilising our experience with the Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct, Hesperia will carefully select tenants that provide complementary services and work together to serve the needs of the growing population.

Located 8km north of the Perth CBD, the Hub is situated within the City of Stirling. With a catchment currently of 181,000 privately insured residents¹ and estimated local population growth of another 50,000 people in the next five years², Stirling Cross Health Hub will provide healthcare services to a key growth area.

Hesperia’s Development Director, Jamie Fini, believes working collaboratively with healthcare providers and identifying complementary uses is essential to the project’s success.

“We’re excited to launch Stirling Cross and start working with healthcare businesses, commercial tenants and hospitality operators to create a vibrant mixed-use precinct,” Jamie said.

“On completion, the Hub will provide quality healthcare to a currently underserviced catchment.”
