Hesperia’s Industrial Portfolio Grows With Hazelmere Interchange

Heavy industry and local manufacturers have an opportunity to secure a strategic leasing opportunity in a niche industrial hub, with Hesperia launching a new 13+ hectare industrial estate in Hazelmere.

The estate comprises two sites – Hazelmere North and Hazelmere South, which are situated within two kilometres of each other.

Upon completion, the two sites will be transformed to host a number of fully customisable warehouses for lease, giving tenants the ability to tailor the design to suit their needs.

Hesperia identified the sites for their near-term development potential and prime location, particularly their proximity to Perth’s major road networks.

Hesperia Director, Judd Dyer said he looks forward to presenting the leasing opportunities at Hazelmere Interchange to a range of industrial clients, meeting the evolving demand for industrial lots.

“We’re thrilled to be building Hazelmere Interchange from the ground up, giving us the flexibility to collaborate with our future tenants and incorporate their design ideas into the warehouses.”

“The location of the industrial estate will be highly desirable for future tenants. Both sites are within seven kilometres of Perth Airport, 15km to Kwinana Freeway, 15km to Perth’s CBD and 26km to Canning Vale.”

Hazelmere Interchange will benefit from the $40 million Lloyd Street upgrade currently underway. Works will see Lloyd Street extend to Great Eastern Highway and Great Eastern Highway Bypass, creating major intersections to increase freight efficiency and improve connectivity.

Hazelmere North and South will provide RAV4 and RAV7 accessibility, creating desirable warehouse solutions for warehousing, logistics, workshops, heavy industry, manufacturing, and fabrication operations.

Hazelmere Interchange development is available now for pre-lease with occupancies available in 2023.
