Project Background

ARIA was originally an operational rail terminal in the well established Forrestfield industrial area. The area plays a major role in supporting the State’s construction and resources sectors.

The site originated from surplus land within a national rail operator’s facility.

The land required extensive environmental due diligence as well as detailed planning and engineering works.

Redevelopment was completed in early 2021.

Project Details

Hesperia undertook complex deal structuring and extensive due diligence to ensure that the project could be delivered quickly and without impact to adjoining operations.

  • Rapidly identified key issues and structured the transaction to ensure the best outcome for all stakeholders
  • Structured the programme to compress delivery and expedite the commencement of works
