Comprising 48,000 square metres of lettable space across 9 hectares of land, South Central is one of the largest integrated bulky good centres in Australia. Situated in a new area, the development required a structure plan amendment and significant regional road upgrades.

Project Details

South Central is less than 1 kilometre from the new Cockburn town centre and Cockburn Central railway station – an ideal location in an area that continues to experience huge economic growth.

The South Central development site was acquired in 50/50 joint venture with Satterley, with all development and asset management activities undertaken by Hesperia. 

The centre was developed in three stages, over a period of two and a half years. The first stage of 30,000 square meters opened for trade just 12 months after the site was acquired and remains anchored by many high-profile national retailers.
