The new Victoria House will become the heart of Montario Quarter’s village precinct.
Victoria House delivers a redefined approach to apartment living, with the residences centered around the original building.
The historic Victoria House provides residents and the local community with amenities, including a lounge and BBQ alfresco, wine room, multi purpose workshop, meeting rooms and a produce garden.
This careful design has built a strong sense of place that remains sensitive to the surroundings.

A sensitive, site-specific approach for a heritage-listed site in Perth’s western suburbs.
To secure approvals for the site, our team designed an approach that would respect the heritage of the site, ensuring the development would be conscious of its surroundings. Partnering with MJA Studio and FINESPUN, we used the original building’s radial arrangement to inform the final architectural
Victoria House has been sustainably designed for environmentally friendly living. Energy-passive design, embedded solar networks, PV solar panels, improved acoustic performance, high performance glazing and a selection of efficient features are some of the initiatives implemented.
