Hazlemere Interchange Expands as Major Facilities Reach Completion

Hesperia will continue to meet strong tenant demand for purpose-built industrial facilities throughout Hazelmere by activating an additional 20 hectares of industrial land, bringing the value of Hesperia’s Hazelmere portfolio to more than $550 million.

The expansion comes as three major facilities at Hesperia’s Hazelmere Interchange reach completion, marking another milestone for the growing industrial precinct and welcoming new tenants CEVA Logistics, Weir Minerals and Polyaire.

The CEVA Logistics facility represents Hesperia’s largest warehouse development to date, spanning more than 38,000sqm. Located at 42 Lakes Road, the development features dual connected warehouses designed for operational efficiency, alongside a premium two-storey office with high-end finishes. A 36-metre super canopy enhances loading and logistics capability, while sustainability has been prioritised through a 700kW solar system supported by a 600kW battery installation. More than 40 established trees were also retained on-site during development.

Weir Minerals’ new facility at 391 Stirling Crescent has been purpose-built to support its specialised operations. The site includes a 7,500sqm warehouse, a 4,500sqm workshop, and more than 2,000sqm of architecturally designed office space. It also incorporates specialist paint and sandblasting facilities and is expected to play a key role in supporting local manufacturing activity.

Polyaire has moved into a new 5,402sqm warehouse at Warehouse 2C, 189 Adelaide Street. The company joins Toll Healthcare, which moved into the precinct in late 2025, with two additional warehouses currently under construction nearby.

Hazelmere Interchange has received a Waterwise Development Gold Endorsement and 6-Leaf EnviroDevelopment certification, with all buildings targeting a minimum 5 Star Green Star rating. These benchmarks align with Hesperia’s minimum standard for industrial projects and reinforce the company’s commitment to sustainable, high-performance infrastructure.

Hesperia Director Judd Dyer said the completion of the facilities reflected the continued demand for premium industrial developments in strategic locations.

“Practical completion of these facilities marks a significant milestone for Hazelmere Interchange and reflects the continued demand we’re seeing for premium industrial facilities in strategic locations,” Mr Dyer said.

“Each development has been purpose-built to meet the operational needs of our tenants while also delivering long-term sustainability outcomes through high-performance design and Green Star targets. We’re proud to welcome CEVA Logistics, Weir Minerals and Polyaire to the precinct as Hazelmere Interchange continues to evolve into one of Western Australia’s leading industrial and logistics hubs.”

The completion of these facilities further strengthens Hazelmere Interchange’s position as a strategic logistics and industrial hub in Western Australia. Opportunities remain available within the precinct, with the ability to customise warehouse to suit tenant requirements.
