Hesperia delivers ABN Group head quarters

Hesperia has achieved practical completion of ABN Group’s new office in Leederville, welcoming 900 ABN Group employees to the precinct.

The 10,000 square metre building stands on what used to be the old Leederville Hotel carpark, located adjacent to Leederville’s entertainment strip. ABN Group will use their new facility as a central-hub for the majority of their Perth-based businesses.

The new premises will be connected to the popular entertainment strip by a refurbished laneway, injecting new energy into the area and providing a significant boost to local businesses.

Commenting on the completion of the project, Hesperia co-founder Adrian Fini stated that the expedited delivery timeframe was achieved through a true collaboration of all involved.

“This is an exciting project and addition to Leederville. We’re all proud of the result achieved through Hesperia’s close partnerships with ABN Group, Hassell Studios and PACT Construction,” said Adrian.

“The ABN Group’s move to Leederville is a vote of confidence in the area. The 900 new office workers will significantly increase day trade in Leederville, supporting local businesses and adding to the culture of the hub.”

The $60 million building has been designed to maximise the use of a constrained site while delivering a wide range of benefits to the local community. The state- of-the-art ground floor retail showroom faces directly onto Vincent Street, featuring a range of commercial tenancies. A custom art piece has been integrated into the façade by internationally recognised artist Tom Muller, adding to the vibrancy of the area.

The development is also targeting a 5-star Green Star rating and a minimum 5-star NABERS rating.
