Two New Facilities Open at Hazelmere Interchange

Hesperia is pleased to announce the completion and opening of two industrial facilities in late 2025, strengthening Western Australia’s temperature-controlled and cold-chain logistics capacity. The new Toll Healthcare and Lindsay Transport warehouses strengthen the state’s growing logistics corridor and support long-term operational efficiency.

Toll’s New Temperature-Controlled Facility

Toll has opened a purpose-built 5,520sqm warehouse with a 281sqm office, designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating. The facility includes a temperature-controlled main warehouse (15–25°C), a 550sqm cool room (2–8°C), and a high-performance BMS with complete TGA-compliant monitoring.

It will support the warehousing and distribution of medical supplies, including pharmaceuticals, vaccines and antivenoms across our state.

Lindsay Transport Opens Second WA Facility

Lindsay Transport has opened its new 6,035sqm cold-storage warehouse at 395 Stirling Crescent, the company’s second Western Australian site. Delivered by Shelford Constructions on a 3.4-hectare landholding, the facility includes efficient operational layouts and a designated area for future expansion.

The opening was celebrated with an on-site ceremony on 19 November, attended by project partners and stakeholders.

The new site unlocks our ability to grow our rail and road network and deliver more of Australia’s best to the people of WA.”

A key feature of the development has been the planting of over 250 mostly native Australian trees on site, including Coral Gums, Narrow-Leaf Paperbarks and Little Ghost Gums.
