Works on Lot 118 are expected to commence late 2022 and is due for completion mid-2024. Upon completion, the site will host a commercial building adjacent to Murdoch Square incorporating office spaces, retail, and hospitality solutions.

Lot 118 will form part of stage two at MHKP, which is expected to include a gym, wellness facilities, cafes and restaurants. Lot 118 is aiming to set a standard in sustainability by achieving a 5-star Green Star and 5-star NABERS Energy rating; focusing on the building’s energy efficiency, water usage, waste management and indoor environment quality.

Pre-lease for the site has commenced with strong interest. Currently, 1,000sqm of flexible, ground floor space and 4,200sqm of flexible office space on level six and seven remains.
