Project Details

Ideally located in Perth’s high-growth southern corridor, South Central is less than 1 kilometre from the new Cockburn town centre and the Cockburn Central railway station.

The South Central development site was acquired as a 50/50 joint venture with Satterley Group. All development and asset management activities were undertaken by Hesperia.

The centre was developed in three stages over two and a half years. It remains anchored by many high-profile national retailers.
