After more than 65 years as a fertiliser manufacturing site, the Tonkin Highway Industrial Estate location required extensive demolition and remediation to remove remnant contamination.
In addition to managing a complex site remediation program, the team worked to a tight project timeline, completing the project within 20 months of acquiring the land. The finished estate created strong buyer demand, with more than 65 per cent of the estate sold within two years.
