The Abernethy Road Industrial Area (ARIA) transformed an operational rail terminal in the well-established Forrestfield industrial area to support the State’s logistics, construction and resources sectors.

Project Details

Hesperia undertook complex deal structuring and extensive due diligence to ensure that the project could be delivered quickly and without impact to adjoining operations.

Hesperia rapidly identified key issues and structured the transaction to ensure the best outcome for all stakeholders. The program was strutured to compress delivery and expedite the commencement of works.

All 7 lots were sold and delivered by 2022.
