One of Western Australia’s largest bulky good centres, Midland Central has a net lettable area of about 23,000 square metres. The site continues to be well anchored by a number of high profile, national tenants.
The Midland Central development site was acquired in 50/50 joint venture with Satterley, with all development and asset management activities undertaken by Hesperia.
Located in the old Midland Railyards site, the centre was constructed as a single stage over eight months and began trading within one year of the site being acquired.
